Returns + Exchanges

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges and credit notes as we want you to be happy with your purchases. Our credit notes are also valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online.
Please choose carefully as House of Iluka is unable to provide refunds unless an item is faulty. If you are unsure about fit or if you have any other questions, please contact amanda@houseofiluka.com for help making your purchase.  We will always be happy to help you out.

Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to amanda@houseofiluka.com
Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.

SHIPPING COST OF RETURNED ITEMS

House of Iluka takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
